- We send orders all over Australia and Internationally.
- Your order will usually be despatched within 3 business days. All our orders are sent via Australia Post. Once your order has left our warehouse it will depend on how long it usually takes for Australia Post to deliver a parcel to you from Melbourne.
- Your parcel has a tracking number, and Australia Post will email this to you after your property has been picked up from us. If you do not have an email address don’t worry, you are still able to track your package by contacting us. We will provide you with your parcel’s tracking number, or check on the status of your parcel for you.
- International shipping costs are calculated in your shopping basket after adding items and selecting your destination. You can add/remove further items until you are ready to purchase at the checkout.

Change delivery address after placing the order
Once your order has been placed, we endeavour to get it to you as soon as possible, therefore we cannot guarantee we will be able to change your delivery address before the order has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you would like to change your delivery address, and we will do our best to make it happen.
