I gladly accept returns and exchanges. Please contact me within 7 days after receiving the item if you want to refund an order and return items back within 30 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at [email protected] or contact us from here. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
The following items can’t be returned or exchanged because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective:
- Custom or personalised orders
- Intimate items (for health/hygiene reasons)
